Christmas Poems

These are two poems that I wrote at about the same time.

Tis The Season

Tis the season when thoughts turn to friends and family alike
New and old, near and far, they're in our hearts all year
We may not get to physically spend it together
But a piece of my heart your always in
I want to wish you a Merry Christmas
And a Happy New Year
I hope all your dreams come true



Winter

Winter is a magical time
Snow turns the ground pure and white
And lights twinkle like the stars in the sky
People bustle to and fro
With and bags and gifts galore
Children whisper in Santa's ear
And try to be good this time of year
But the best part of all is being with you
